Returns Policy – Perseverance666

No sweat and no tears 😥🔥 At Perseverance666, we strive for satisfied customers.

Every order includes a return label should you wish to return or exchange.

If the item doesn't fit as expected, you are entitled to one free exchange per item.

1. Return Period

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
The item must be unaltered, undamaged, impeccably clean, and unwashed. Items are inspected before shipping to save you the hassle of a return.

Tags must remain intact. Do not cut them while trying them on.

Approved returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or only partially credited.

3. Procedure

Register your return or exchange to: info@perseverance666.com

You will receive a short returns form. Complete and email it back to us so we know whether you want a refund or exchange.

4. Return and Exchange Costs

Return costs are your responsibility. This cost will be deducted from your refund. The return cost is equal to the shipping cost, even with free shipping.

Received the right product, but the wrong size? We will ship the exchanged product to you free of charge once.

5. Refunds

After receiving and checking the item against the return policy, you will receive your refund within 5 business days of approval.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

Sales items and personalized items cannot be returned.

Items that violate hygiene regulations (e.g., sweatbands and water bottles) cannot be returned.

If the size charts aren't entirely clear, please ask for help; we're happy to assist you with your choice!

Free exchanges are available for Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France.
